Taking Back (Your) Sunday

In the video below I show you how to prepare the bulk of your meals for the week in less than an hour.  Take Your Sunday Back AMERICA!

Bulk cooking meat is a huge time saver.  The 6 pounds of meat I cooked in the video will last almost two weeks, that’s for myself and my wife.

Rice or quinoa cooked in a bulk fashion will take you no time and can be stored for well over a week.

When it comes to storing salads the only two things you do not want to put on there are the dressing, DUH!  And avocado.  That you can put on the morning of and it takes 30 seconds at most.

Crockpots are a huge time saver.  They are probably a better investment in losing weight than an actual gym membership.

That might be a bit much, but seriously, a crockpot does all the work and you can let it cook as you go about your day.

Preparing all this on Sunday as opposed to the morning of saves me time, money, and stress.  I do not stress out over what to eat or where to get it from.  I save buttloads of money because Chipotle ain’t cheap.  And all the time I save goes straight into catching more sleep.  And we all know how important sleep is to recovery, fat burning, and life in general.

Football is over.  Take at least an hour or so on Sunday preparing your meals for the week.  You will appreciate that extra time in the mornings, the cha-ching of savings, and of course the reduction in stress.

*Side note*

I practice intermittent fasting, so I skip breakfast (huge timesaver as well) but my wife pre makes three days worth of Fridge Oats for her breakfast.  Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to them for some added flavory goodness.
