One of the best parts about online training is the flexibility that I’m afforded. During the week, I have usually three days that I can work out, and I get a training program geared to that.

But it’s the accountability that’s my favorite part of online training. And I’ve been lacking in that area most when it came to fitness. I can email Robbie at any time and it’s that accessibility to Robbie that’s the most wonderful part of online training. Whether it’s questions about my training program or a nutrition question, they’re always quickly answered.
