If you’re a man or woman who wants to feel stronger, have more energy, and is looking to lose 10, 20, 30 pounds (or more) of stubborn body fat — you owe it to yourself, to your body, to your family, and to your quality of life to keep reading.
Actually, stop reading this crap right now. And be honest with yourself, how many times have you read something like the above? Like a gazillion, amirite?
And how many times have you felt a small twinge of grossness reading said headlines? Let me guess? Um, every freaking doggone time.
But you didn’t come here for a sales page. In fact, I know why you came here. You came here because you’re in need of coaching.
- Workouts that work, not another program you quit
- Nutrition that fits your life, not another diet you have to fit your life around.
- Results that don’t require making the gym a second (or third) job
- A coach as invested in you as you are in the program
- To show yourself that you’re capable of making a commitment and following through.
And you want someone who helps you follow through with your commitment — an Obi-Wan to your Luke, a Chubbs to your Happy Gilmore, a Samwise to your Frodo.
That’s what my coaching is. That’s exactly what my coaching program does for you.

However, for those who want to read a little more, have I got a story for you. But first, a question:
Can you double your life?
Here’s a hypothetical for you.
You die at 50. Let’s just say the cause is from a heart attack.
Well, let’s also assume you’re 35 right now. That means you have ~5,475 days left to live. And assuming you work 38 weeks in a year, that means you’ll spend ~2,850 days — that’s 52%(!) of your time — at work.
Now, that leaves roughly 48% of your time left on Earth that you can spend with your loved ones.
And let’s assume in this scenario that you’re not exercising or eating right. Hence, the heart attack at 50.
But let’s imagine something different. Let’s say at 35 you do start to exercise and eat better. And let’s say that by doing this you don’t die at 50, but are able to live an extra 15 years — that’s 30 more years from now — just from exercising and eating better.
That’s an extra 5,475 days. You just doubled your life.
Did you know that a 2018 study showed that not exercising is worse than smoking? You already know that smoking causes a myriad of health issues. And now science has shown us that skipping exercise is worse than puffing on cancer sticks.
The good news is that numerous studies have shown the powerful effects of lifting weights — including extending your life.
Sure, “getting jacked” or “erasing love handles” or whatever vanity metric you want to chase is absolutely okay. If you want abs, cool. If you want superhero-type muscles, hell yea! But what if you want to make sure you’re around long enough to see your kids graduate high school or college or to play with future grandkids?
Avoiding diabetes and heart disease so he could watch his kids live their lives is exactly what Alex was after.
This is Alex.

Actually, that was Alex about 8 months before he and I began working together.
You see, Alex was a lot like most of us.
- He tried for years to lose weight
- Attempted one fad diet after another
- But every time he lost a few pounds, which he had done a handful of times, he then gained it back...and more. Like, oh-my-god-how-does-this-keep-happening more.
Why did this keep happening to Alex?
Because past Alex made three super common (and terribly easy) mistakes that prevented his long-term progress:
1. Not training to lose fat vs weight (he thought he needed to lose weight alone, but never gave much thought to how building muscle would change his body composition and help him keep the weight off for years to come).
2. Not working out correctly for his goal (he thought he needed to “confuse” his muscles, and do high-intensity style training; he didn’t, what he needed was a program tailored to him, his personal experience, and his lifestyle).
3. Not eating correctly for his goal (he counted calories alone, but never made a conscious effort to consume more protein and the right amount of fats and carbs to fuel his workouts and help him build more lean muscle).
Fast forward to today and Alex has accomplished one of the most jaw-dropping body transformations I’ve ever seen.

What Online Coaching Is (and why you’ll FINALLY see success with it)
What is online coaching? Well, in short, it’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket 24/7.
But my coaching is so much more than that. Yes, I will be in charge of designing your workouts, creating what you need to get stronger or leaner. I’ll even keep you accountable with your nutrition and I’ll help you improve your eating habits.
But my main goal as your coach is to instill in you the knowledge you need to do this on your own.
Fact: my online clients get better results than any in-person client I ever trained.
Why? Online coaching is more than getting workouts or a program. I take a whole approach to you achieving your goals by being in charge of your workouts and nutrition.
And this accountability on both helps you maintain consistency with your workouts and food choices.
You accomplish this consistency by getting weekly check-ins via email and having access to text me about ANYTHING. Whatever it is you’re struggling with, we’re able to problem solve in real time vs waiting till your next scheduled training session.
This constant contact and accountability with me will skyrocket your compliance and consistency — the two key variables that hold back most people from seeing results.
Coaching you means that it’s my job to guide you along this process and make sure you’ve got support, guidance, and love every single step of the way. I’m the Samwise to your Frodo on the journey to your Mount Doom.
Or those who aren’t as nerdy as me and prefer a less nerdtastic reference, the way I kind of like to look at coaching is when someone goes to climb Mount Everest they always have a Sherpa.
That person who is an expert on the mountain, knows how to deal with the pitfalls that may show up, and makes it their job to ensure that the climber reaches the top.
Look at me as your Sherpa. Minus the fur, ridiculous snow, and inclement weather.
Now, obviously people don’t just climb a mountain and be done with it. That’s a transformative process where life is different from that day forward. And that’s how I want this experience to be for you.
I want to do everything in my power to help you create long lasting and meaningful change.
Or put another way, I want to give you all of the tools and education you could ever need so that you achieve complete autonomy. And as I said above, there are two reasons why my clients achieve their goals.
The Life-Changing Dynamic Duo that You’re Missing Out On (but my client’s have)
Reason #1: Accountability
This is the #1 reason hundreds of men and women have told me they’ve never succeeded with their fat loss goals. If there were a “secret” to all of this, accountability would be that secret.
Here’s a question for you:
Why do you wake up and go to work every morning? Well, if you didn’t, you’d lose your job and then you’d have no money. And how would you survive then?
Why don’t you run around and punch people in the face and steal their wallets? First, I hope you don’t do that because you’re a decent human being. But you don’t do that because if you did, you’d wind up in jail and then you’d have no freedom at all.
The repercussions of those above actions keep you responsible.
And that’s what accountability, in the form of a coach, ultimately is. And it’s the biggest reason my clients are successful: I hold them responsible for their actions and make sure they’re doing what needs to be done so they’re moving towards their goal every day. And if they’re not doing what needs to be done — I call them out on it.
Reason #2: Guidance.
Luke Skywalker couldn’t become a Jedi without Obi-Wan or Yoda. The X-Men needed Professor X to show them how to harness their powers. Harry Potter needed Dumbledore (and all his other teachers) to become a wizard.
Every Hero needed guidance to become the ultimate version of themselves.
And you might be working really hard right now. But hard work doesn’t guarantee results.
You can work your face off, but if you’re working hard on the wrong stuff, you’re wasting energy on aspects that yield little to no results.
Alex had had some success in the past, but he was never able to keep the weight off or make the transformation he longed for.
He was doing “some” of the right stuff, but his focus wasn’t drilled in on what mattered most.
Think about that: three small changes to his training and nutrition are what allowed Alex to become, according to this text he sent me, “half the man he used to be.”
But without knowing what those things are, you’ll continuously keep doing what you’ve been doing and have no results to show for it.
So: if you’re someone who:
- Is sick and tired of busting your ass and not making the progress you want…
- ……..Is feeling overwhelmed by all the rampant BS in the fitness industry…
- …….Has become fed up with trying to work out all this diet and training stuff yourself, and not sure where you’re going wrong or what you should do…
Then maybe it’s time for you to select a wise wizard (read: me) to help you figure this all out, guide you, keep you accountable, and make sure you’re doing the right things so you get to your goals quicker.
Obi-Wan gave Luke a saber and some lessons about blocking blaster bolts. Gandalf gave Frodo a band of friends to protect him on his way to Mordor. Harry Potter got a wand and then discovered the best friend you could ever have is a ginger (gingers rule!).
I can’t give you a saber or a wand. However, there are four tools you’ll get while working with me that will help you finally achieve your goals.
Here’s What Coaching Gets You (and how each tool is crucial to your success)
1 – An App to Track All Your Workouts and Measurements
It’s your personal Gameboy for fitness: always in your pocket and accessible no matter where you are.
My app delivers all your workouts to the palm of your hand. Each exercise has an attached video that walks you through how to perform the exercise and a dedicated space for you to record your reps and sets. All your photos and measurements are stored in the app as well.
How this will help you: As my client Aaron said, “I love the app because I just go in the gym and do what it says. I don’t have to think about what to do. I get in, get the workout done, and then move on with my life.”

2 – A tailored nutrition plan and guidance
Stop trying to fit your life into a diet, and discover how to fit your diet around your life.
Every client gets clear, concise directions on the amount of calories they should be eating to lose body fat or build muscle.
I provide you with the amount of protein, fat, and carbs you need in order to achieve your goals.
But my goal isn’t to tell you what to eat. I’m not your mother. However, with my guidance, and my nutrition strategy called The Cubed Method, you’ll discover the best way to eat for you.
I’ll guide you on how to create a plan that works for you and not you working for the plan.
How this will help you: Forget about fiddling around with online “calories calculators” that give you differing numbers. And stop restricting entire food groups because some dumb celebrity endorses some diet. You and I as a team will build a dietary plan that allows you to eat the foods you enjoy and that fits with your lifestyle.
3 – A personalized training program that fits every aspect of YOUR LIFE
Stop following a program built for your favorite celebrity. Start following a program built for you.
No two human bodies are the same. So why should a training program be any different?
Every program you’ll receive is designed specifically for your needs, your experience, your schedule, your likes/dislikes, and your injury history.
How this will help you: This ensures you’re performing exercises that you enjoy (because who wants to do things they absolutely hate—suck it burpees) while also making sure that you’re performing exercises that don’t jack you up down the road.
4 – Direct & unlimited access to me
How’d you like to have a coach in your pocket?
This is what separates online coaching from in-person training: I’m not by your side while you workout.
But it’s also this aspect that makes online training better than in-person training: you have access to me when you need me most, which is always outside the gym.
Alongside your weekly email check-in, you have direct access to my cell phone number for questions or to send me video of your form for exercises.
How this will help you: Have questions on how to perform an exercise better? Need to change your workout due to a last minute business trip? Or maybe you have no clue how to handle nutrition while away for a weekend.
Great! All you have to do is shoot me a quick text message (or an email if that’s your jam).
*PS: we can totally text about sports, video games, music or whatever you want to talk about.

All of that sounds super swanky. But what the heck does it do for you?
How does it help you get your head out of your ass and start losing body fat or building muscle while (finally) making progress in the gym?
Here’s what it does for you:
- Working with me means you won’t have to stop working out because you tweaked your elbow a little.
- You won’t have to feel like a failure because you went a couple of days without eating “healthy food.”
- You’re still gonna have to deal with the mental side of things where you want to beat yourself up with negative talk. But you won’t succumb to those stories because you’ll have someone to talk about them with — on the phone, via text, or email — and I’ll help you build a system of mental and physical checkpoints that allow you to conquer those, “I’m such a lame failing loser,” stories once and for all.
But Let’s Get to the Reason You’re Here: Results (and hey, I know how to get them)
Every single one of those photos you see is someone, like you, who’s changed their body and improved their health working with me.
Look, I’m not here to blow smoke up your ass. That would cost you a little extra anyways. But the truth is: my methods work. And the proof is right freaking here.
How this will help you: As I said before, “no two people are the same,” which means I’ve worked with tons of different types of human beings:
- Men
- Women
- Powerlifters
- Busy professionals and business owners
- Teachers
- Students
- Lawyers
- Record producers
- Stay-at-home moms
- Desk jockeys
- Bartenders
- Runners (but runners who want to get stronger to be better runners)
- People with injuries
- And I’ve worked with people who are sick and tired of trying (or who have “tried everything but nothing worked”) and never getting anywhere but keep falling for diet fad after diet fad.
Working with all types of people has given me a level of experience that, no matter who you are or what your situation may be, I will help you get results.
Plus, knowing that gives you the peace of mind that I know what I’m doing.
Note:
- I’m gonna clarify one thing real quick and fast like — working with me doesn’t guarantee you “automatic” results. Guaranteeing that would be a lie. But, if you hire me and you put in the work day-in-and-day-out, communicate with me when you’re struggling, and chase improvement over perfection, your chances of getting results go from near zero to certain.
We’re about to become family but not the annoying family you hate spending holidays with.
90% of my clients work with me for 12-18 months, far above the fitness industry norm.
Everything I do is client focused. It’s why I spend all day reading about psychology, physiology, and dive into the methods of old school bodybuilders and lifters because the better I am as a coach, the better the results my clients receive.
I will even go as far to say that the majority of my clients become like family members. I even officiated the wedding of one of my clients in 2018.
How this will help you: This isn’t just some “transaction.” What matters the most to me is creating a relationship with the people I work with. Because the more you feel supported, the better your results.
And at the end of the day, this is how I see success: If you don’t succeed, I don’t succeed.
I’m not saying that to sound “cool” either. What I said is 100% straight-up truth. Coaching is predicated on getting people results. And if I’m not getting people results, guess what? Then I’m failing at my job. Which means I failed you. And I don’t like failing my family.
Here’s my point: all of the stuff you just read is why my clients get results.
It’s also why I’m Iron-Man-confident in saying that the Side Quest Fitness coaching program is the best out there. My clients receive unparalleled guidance, support, and accountability that allows them to achieve their goals.
One last thing, though.
And it’s something I need to reiterate: if you’re reading this and thinking that by paying me you’ll automatically get results, you, uh, might not.
Changing your body, health, and fitness isn’t all that complicated. But holy bat poop Batman, it’s also not freaking easy either.
You’re gonna have bad days. Days where you’re frustrated and pissed off. Days where, dare I say, you might want to quit.
To succeed on my program, you’ll need to work hard. You’ll need to make some small sacrifices. You’ll need to give up some of the bad habits that have been wrecking your life and preventing you from becoming the mother, father, spouse, or all-around better human being you want to be.
And hey, some people aren’t willing to do any of that right now, and that’s totally cool. Don’t apply.
But, if you’re finally ready to change and are willing to follow my instructions, execute on the plan, and most importantly put in the work to live your best life, then this program will change your life. Dare I say it may even double it
FAQ
A: Full gym access is always optimal, but it’s not necessary. As long as you have two legs and two arms and can do some bodyweight squats, you’re good.
Hell, if you have no equipment and don’t want to join a gym, I’ll send you resistance bands to get you started when you sign up.
Basically, all you need to get started is your body.
And if you don’t have that, then, EarthWorm Jim, I can’t help ya.
All workouts take 45-60min if you put down your damn phone and stop scrolling through whatever social media app you’re on.
A: If you so choose.
No, I mean that. I don’t program cardio for my clients. But I do encourage you to be active in some way outside of the gym.
Be that running, biking, playing basketball, dancing, LARPing, whatever.
I personally hate cardio. So I’m not gonna tell you to do something you hate.
A: No.
Giving you a meal plan takes away your independence and prevents you from achieving self-actualization.
You’re not (likely) gonna work with me until you die. So if you can’t learn to do this on your own, then it’s a waste of time.
I will give you nutritional guidance via a set of macros (protein, fat, carbs) for you to hit every day. I will help you choose better foods. I can even send you a recipe or two.
But you’re an adult. I don’t need to tell you exactly what to eat.
Pull your big boy or big girl pants up and take responsibility.
Lastly, every new client gets access to my introduction to nutrition email course that will walk you through how to track food at home, at a restaurant, and give you tips and tricks on getting the most out of your nutrition.
A: As long as I’m not asleep or in the middle of some afternoon delight, my phone is pretty much by my side all day. So it’s basically 24/7 access.
You can text me whenever you like.
You can email me whenever you need as well.
I’m here for you. Period.
Think of me as the Samwise to your Frodo. But with (slightly) less hairy feet.
A: International calls can be expensive, I get that. And I’d never ask you to incur a cost to talk with me.
But we have options here: we can use Skype, WhatsApp, or even Facebook Messenger for calls so you don’t have to pay a dime.
A: Ah, price. That’s pretty much all you care to know, right?
I don’t put my prices online for two reasons:
- I want to make sure you and I will be a good fit as coach and client; so first you have to apply and then schedule a call with me because I want you to talk with me (a real life human being) first.
- See #1 above
A: Easy, fill out the application below.
