Almost 98% of my podcast guests answer my question of “what superhero would you be” by answering that they would be Batman. It makes sense to be honest, a rich guy with cool toys who stands for justice and tries to right the wrongs of the city he loves. Batman makes more sense then some dude who can only can be defeated by some rock that doesn’t exist naturally on Earth (suck it Superman).

You can go for a jog, play some basketball, play disc golf (or regular golf), yoga, take a hike and explore nature in your hometown, or do some sort of mobility work or corrective exercise routines.
Being outside is great, but sometimes mother nature decides to be a dick and throw a wrench in your plans with rain.

The .82 Gram Protein Experiment (From Stay Puft to Buff)
Like the salmon of Capistrano at the tail end of my 2014 “winter bulk” fat was beginning to flock everywhere making me look like the Stay Puft Marshmallow man. Getting to “Stay Puft” status meant it was time to start dieting and cutting.
Unless you eat only frozen chicken and cottage cheese or down shakes all day eating over 200 grams of protein a day with a variety of protein sources gets to be expensive.

Kevin Spacey and the 1% Rule
If you read my previous post, you know that I once aspired to become the next Hollywood star. If you asked me to name one actor whom my generation of men revered more than any other, it would be Kevin Spacey. Mr. Spacey owned every character whose shoes he stepped in. His performances, still to this day, grab you by your balls and demand unfaltering attention.
His career has been full of awards and accolades not to mention inspiring many of the men I knew in college to pursue a career in acting. This year he won his first Golden Globe for his portrayal of Frank Underwood in the Netflix series House of Cards. At his acceptance speech, Kevin said something that took me by surprise. And no, it is not his use of the “F” word.
